Yes, this week Sean attended The Wedding Industry Awards Regional Finals where he was in the shortlist for Wedding DJ for the South East.
After such a difficult year for weddings in 2021, Sean’s been excited, but pragmatic about his nomination and success so far in the 2022 awards, as he shared in a previous blog post.
Of course on the night, excitement certainly built up in anticipation of the awards, but competition was fierce and sadly it wasn’t to be for Sean this time around …
“There's so much competition in The Wedding Industry Awards that even making it to the Regional Finals is something very special for us - especially two years in a row, both of which were impacted by the pandemic!
I'm so glad that it's positive customer feedback that's got us this far. We've lots of weddings booked for 2022 and into 2023 and as we carry on prioritising our couples and creating personalised wedding packages and providing our excellent wedding DJ hire services. We're confident that in the years to come, with the pandemic out of the way and our DJ diary filled to the max, we'll one day reach the national finals of The Wedding Industry Awards.
