Parties have of course not been a priority in 2020! With the party, events and entertainment industry largely shut down, personal parties postponed and company celebrations cancelled, we’ve had to put away our party equipment and look to better times ahead.
 
And it’s looking forward that’s made us consider closely how we can help. So we’re very excited to launch our SOS Entertainment Gift Vouchers. 
 
Available in £50, £100 and £250 options:

  • Our vouchers are the ideal way to help someone who’s perhaps lost their party money due to a cancellation in 2020.
  • Party gift vouchers are an unusual and thoughtful gift for someone who’s hanging on in there with party planning or an overdue celebration.
  • Why not contribute to a couple’s special celebration – such as an engagement, anniversary, baby shower or Christening?
  • Help out someone who wants to plan a party but has no idea where to start. A £50 voucher is a great way to introduce a party-person to the SOS Entertainment website and to start them off with their planning.
  • Although we offer dedicated Wedding Entertainment Gift Vouchers, our party gift vouchers can also be used towards our wedding packages, as sometimes a packaged party makes things easier for everyone.
  • Know someone who’s already got a party booked in with SOS Entertainment? Given before the event, these vouchers can be a great way to help them take things to the next level.
  • Our party gift vouchers make a superb staff gift or incentive for your team or employees! Look out for our blog on this coming soon!
  • Know someone who’d love a surprise party, but they love organising things themselves too much? Surprise them with the gift of a paid-for party with our vouchers! Then they can organise Sean as much as they like for the party itself!

Description

Our pre-printed party gift vouchers are the perfect way to give the gift of a party. We can post these vouchers to you, ready for you to add to your greetings card so you can pass on the gift with that personal touch. Alternatively, if you would prefer us to send the gift voucher(s) directly to the lucky recipient, we’re happy to do that.
 

But wherever we post our party gift vouchers out to, we will need names and addresses of the buyer AND the person(s) the gift is for (the recipient).
 
All gift vouchers are sent out by First Class, UK-wide signed for postage, on the next working day after payment is received.
 

Why do we need both the buyer and receiver information?

This information is required in relation to the vouchers only. We will not use this information for marketing purposes but to ensure that vouchers have arrived safely, with the right person. It also helps us to ensure that when the vouchers are used, they’re being redeemed by the correct person, as designated when the purchase was made.
 

How can these vouchers be spent?

Our party gift vouchers must be used within 12 months but can be redeemed against any of our party packages, services and equipment hire.

  • If the cost of the service or package is less than the value of the voucher, a product or service to the remainder of the value will be offered, or credit to the remaining value can be carried forwards for further bookings (within the 12 months date of the voucher). There is no cash repayment in the event the voucher value exceeds the purchase, for example where a £100 voucher is used for a service costing £75.
  • If the value of the voucher is less than the cost of the service or package being booked, then the remaining balance is payable by alternative means (bank transfer or payment by credit or debit card) AT THE TIME OF BOOKING and at the same time as the voucher is being redeemed.
  • Vouchers may be used as credit against any part of your party booking – from deposits, to part payment, full payment and any balance payments. If you receive one unexpectedly after your party is booked and paid for, you can also use it to adding a little extra to your existing booking.
  • Vouchers are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.
