If you are buying for someone, our pre-printed wedding entertainment gift voucher can be sent to you to pass on the gift in person. Or, if you would prefer, we can send the gift voucher directly to the lucky recipient):
When buying, please contact us with the names and addresses of the buyer AND the person or couple the gift is for (the recipient).
All gift vouchers are sent out by First Class, UK-wide signed for postage, on the next working day after payment is received.
Why do we need both the buyer and receiver information?
- We will not use this information for marketing purposes.
- We may contact you to ensure ithat vouchers have arrived safely.
- We can also ensure vouchers are being redeemed by the person stated when the purchase was made.
How can these vouchers be spent?
Our wedding entertainment gift vouchers must be used within 12 month. Vouchers can be redeemed against any of our wedding entertainment products, services and wedding packages.
- If the cost of the service or package is less than the value of the voucher, that’s no problem. We can offer a product or service to the remainder of the value (often at a discount to help you out)! We can also offer credit of the remaining value. This can be carried forwards for further bookings (within the 12 months date of the voucher). If the voucher value exceeds the purchase, eg: using a £100 voucher for a service costing £75, there is no cash refund of the balance.
- If the cost of your package is more than your voucher’s value, the remaining balance is payable by alternative means. For instance, you could pay the balance by cash, bank transfer or payment by credit or debit card. However, this payment should be made AT THE TIME OF BOOKING and as the voucher is being redeemed.
- Vouchers may be used as credit against any part of your party booking. From deposits, to part payment, full payment and any balance payments, the choice is yours.
- Vouchers are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.
