Big news! Sean’s dream to be an award winning wedding DJ just came a step closer as The Wedding Industry Awards have just announced that our Sean has been shortlisted as a Regional Finalist in the category of South East DJ – for the second year running!

“That's pretty cool ... to have made it to the regional finals with The Wedding Industry Awards is just amazing. With the ongoing pandemic, being locked down and having so many restrictions around gatherings in general - and weddings in particular - truly thought this year was going to be a wipe-out!
But although I've only had the chance to DJ a handful of weddings this year, the voting stage of the awards process isn't about huge numbers. With TWIA, 3 rave reviews count more than 30 mediocre or reluctant recommendations, definitely the judges are looking for quality rather than quantity! So although my voter numbers were fewer than last year, the fantastic wedding feedback I received in the first round of judging means that I'm now in the South East DJ regional finals for the second year running!
Really, I'm so thankful for the feedback and votes I received from this year's couples ... it's always a privilege to be part of a couple's day and always work hard to deliver their dream. Feedback lets me know that this is s an amazing thing to know that this is appreciated by my couples and, more importantly, helps other couples to make those vital decisions about their own wedding day suppliers, through this recognition. The regional winners will be announced at a live event which we hope will go ahead on Monday 24th January – restrictions permitting – so please do check back for updates in the new year!
