It’s official … weddings are going outside! So, we’ve created an outdoor wedding package which includes everything you need for making memories at your outdoor wedding reception.
This package includes items which are ideal for outside use. But you know us, we’re happy to add extras to make your package personal. We’ll also swap items out, to bring the best possible value from your budge, just tell us what you need.
* Please note that our LED dance floor cannot be included in an Outdoor package as it is not suitable for outdoor ground *
Items included in our Outdoor Wedding Package
- DJ/Disco – the standard services of Sean, regional finalist for 4 years running in The Wedding Industry Awards is included, as listed on the Wedding DJ page.
- Choice of disco set up – either the marquee stage or the outdoor disco ball
- Inflatable marquee, includes set up and take down
- Venue uplights x 10, to enhance your evening party
- Pyrotechnics x 2 – includes Sparkular fountain
- Low laying fog for First Dance – adds the wow factor to the moment you take to the floor for the first time as a married couple!
- Magic Mirror (2 hours) – fun photo booth entertainment, plus props where possible (depends on restrictions).
- Post Box Or Wishing Well – choice of traditional red or wedding white post box, or white wishing well
- 5ft LOVE Letters
- Sweet Cart – complete with 10kg of sweet treats
- Prosecco/ Champagne Wall – floor standing or smaller table-top version (or even both if you want to set up something special for non-drinkers too)
- Sweet treats accessories –
- Choice of Ferrero Rocher swan or couple sweet stand – but if you feel the sweet cart is enough for your party, you can always use the Ferrero Rocher stand for shots for adults, or party shot jellies!
- Doughnut wall (up to 98 doughnuts at a time)
- Cupcake stand – supply your own cupcakes, or use to display and give out wedding favours.
A non refundable deposit is usually required to secure your date & current pricing when you book our OUTDOOR wedding entertainment package.
